It is not possible to plum words.
This poem
is for those told
to "come down a peg",
stay silent, or leave.
Snakes eat strawberries,
shed skin, leave marks.
Departure.
Abandoned seeds can still grow trees.
Needs?
Reduced by age and light?
In flight
somehow, yet,
manage to speak.
